Full flush induction hardened jaws (60-62 Rockwell) assure a clean cut, time after time. Edges are precisely aligned. Black non-glare head has “relieved” design for tight areas. Double-leaf springs and PVC handles. Use on flexible wire and soft wire only. 4-1/2".
