A unique design for a case opener. Simply turn the large knob to tighten the case until the sharp blade is firmly in position, lift the lever to pop open the case back. Adjusts for different size cases. Hard plastic base and vise will not mar cases. Rubber feet keep it planted on the bench. Reversible blade is also replaceable, see SKU 590.566B.
