Paramount felt split laps set the standard of excellence in split lap performance. Felt split laps (often called split polishing laps) are specialized, dense wool felt wheels used by jewelers and metalworkers to create high-polish finishes on flat surfaces, edges, and corners without rounded edges. Each wheel is balanced, with holes in the precise center, to ensure smooth operation, and perfectly concentric slits provide outstanding visibility of the product being polished.
