Apply U-Namel to the surface of an object in thin layers (0.8 mm for clear and light colors, 0.2 mm for dark colors). It can be applied by slowly dripping the liquid into the application area. Heating the outside of the bottle with warm water will help the liquid to flow smoothly and settle well. You can use the included micro-brushes to apply or mix the U-Namel. Always be sure to clean all tools with isopropyl alcohol after use. Place your work with the raw U-Namel under a curing light as long as possible until it is thoroughly hardened. After the curing process, a sticky film will be left behind but, after you take and polish with isopropyl alcohol, it will achieve a brilliant finish. In order to make a thick layer of U-Namel, you must layer it in thin coats. Lay down a coat, dry, then layer a new coat and repeat as many times as needed to achieve the desired thickness. Don't clean the middle layers with alcohol. Only clean the top layer once you're done layering. Cured material can be removed by grinding or burning at 570-725 degrees Fahrenheit. Metal surrounding U-Namel can be electroplated without changing the surface. Polishing can be done by grinding the tacky surface, then polishing. Don't store U-Namel bottles in direct sunlight.
